Kiwi Sleepout
Our Kiwi Sleepouts are perfect for singles or couples looking for simple, affordable accommodation in Waitangi. Choose from Water View or Park View options, each suitable for a maximum of two guests. Each unit includes a small table or bedside table for convenience.
Please note: only a bottom sheet and pillows are provided - guests will need to bring their own bedding or hire a bedding pack when making a booking or at reception.

Powered Water View
Our Powered Waterview sites offer riverfront views, ideal for motorhomes, campervans and caravans, and tents on our grass-powered sites. Some sites feature hardstands for winter weather.
